As an Audit Center team member, you are of great importance to our customers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly at customer locations. Under your responsibility, the hygiene, prevention of fraud and theft and the service experience of our customers is monitored.
Your Tasks

Supervise all locations and ensure that the alarms, triggers and signals are correctly, quickly and adequately captured within the set deadlines

Monitor the camera footage and carry out preventive checks at the locations
-
Ensure customers safety at night by watching unmanned refuelling / LNG stations and car washes
-
Perform fraud checks
-
Guard the overall situation at our customer locations

Try to remotely fix certain problems of our monitoring systems
Your Skills
-
University or University of applied science diploma
-
Good to excellent English language skills
-
Excellent computing skills
-
Very good knowledge of MS Office
-
A technical mindset with solutions for troubleshooting
-
Soft skills like critical observation, teamwork, communication, problem solving are a plus

BigBrother oferă foarte multe oportunități, în special pentru un programator junior dornic să învețe noi tehnologii și să învețe să le integreze cât mai bine într-un produs functional. De asemenea, unul dintre cele mai importante aspect este faptul că se pune foarte mult accent pe interacțiunea social ceea ce ne face să ne simțim ca o familie.
Ce face ca munca ta să fie motivantă?
Cel mai important lucru pentru mine este să știu că munca mea are un scop, că lucrez pentru ceva ce o sa fie funcțional și folosit cu succes de către clienți. De asemenea, vreau să știu că la sfârșitul zilei am făcut ceva productiv, asta mă păstrează motivat.
Cum ai descrie cultura companiei?
Din punctul meu de vedere, BigBrother este o companie care pune accent pe dezvoltarea profesională și socială a angajaților. Toată munca se concentrează pe cerințele clienților, iar astfel se stabilește o relație foarte apropiată între BigBrother și clienți.
Ce iti place cel mai mult la job-ul tau?
Faptul ca am libertatea de a gasi probleme si satisfactia de a le vedea solutionate reprezinta principalele motive pentru care acest job e deosebit.
Care este motivul pentru care ai ales BigBrother?
A reprezentat o oportunitate noua si mult mai buna, precum si o provocare de a munci intr-un mediu diferit. Fiind o companie internationala, m-a facut sa inteleg ce inseamna diferentele culturale: sa ma bucur de similitudini si sa imbratisez diferentele. M-a ajutat sa am mintea mult mai deschisa catre noi idei si oportunitati.
